Belize LifeStyle Homes will be Constructing and Operating Our Ambergris Caye Sustainable Development Facility on our 1.46 Acres of Commercial Land, which is located directly behind our residential land development parcels. The facility will provide building materials storage, on-site construction management, on-site property management, home rental services and home maintenance services for all Belize LifeStyle Homes constructed by our company. The projected size of the facility is 15,000 to 20,000 Square Feet of indoor office and operations space.

Directly adjacent to our Sustainable Development Facility will be our Renewable Energy Power Generation Facility, which will include Solar Power Systems, Wind Power Systems, Biomass Power Generation Systems, Back Up Power Generation Systems and Solar Recharging Stations. As part of our Sustainable LifeStyle Initiatives there will also be Organic Greenhouses, located adjacent to our Sustainable Development Facility, which will be operated as a commissary and cooperative for all of our Belize LifeStyle Homeowners and Guests.

Our Ambergris Caye Sustainable Development Facility is located in the Habaneros Area of Ambergris Caye, which is located 9.5 miles north of the town of San Pedro. The Habaneros Area of Ambergris Caye features some of the highest elevations on the island and is covered in lush tropical vegetation including sea grape trees, coconut palms and palmetto palms. The property has electrical power, internet service, phone service and a new paved road has been completed which allows direct access to San Pedro.
