Ambergris Caye Residential Development Site

Our Ambergris Caye Residential Development Site is located in the Habaneros Area of Ambergris Caye, which is located 9.5 miles north of the town of San Pedro. The Habaneros Area of Ambergris Caye features some of the highest elevations on the island and is covered in lush tropical vegetation including sea grape trees, coconut palms and palmetto palms. The property has electrical power, internet service, phone service and a new paved road has been completed which allows direct access to San Pedro.

Phase 1 Proposed Development Plan:

Belize LifeStyle Homes Phase 1 “Proposed” Development Plan, for the Habaneros Subdivision, is to construct 10 Homes on Parcels: D2, D3, D4 and D5. The total acreage of the four parcels is 2.4 Acres. (1 Acre of Land = 43,560 Square Feet) 104,544 Square Feet / 10 Home Parcels = 10,454 Square Feet per Parcel. The front edge of the property line on Parcels D4 and D5 is approximately 750 Feet to the Beach. Each home will be sold with a 10,000 Square Feet Parcel of Land, which equates to 0.24 Acres of Land. The exact dimensions and square footage of each parcel will be determined by the final site plan, survey of the land, infrastructure, pathways, roads, common areas, trees and easements. All Habaneros Subdivision homeowners are also granted private dock access which is located directly in front of the sub-division.
