Instant EcoVilla Unitized "Fiber-Reinforced" Composite Structures

Instant EcoVillas are engineered and constructed with a structural "fiber-reinforced" composite technology know as a Unitized Composite Structures. Unitized Composite Structures are extremely strong and very lightweight. Unitized Composite Structures consist of a rigid frame of interconnected vertical and horizontal composite struts (framing members). Rigid polyurethane foam is placed inside the composite frame struts for added strength, insulation and thermal envelope properties. Continuous, high strength, "fiber-reinforced" composite sheets are then laminated to the exterior and interior surface of the structure. Unitized Composite Structures are similar to Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) in that both the interior and exterior of the insulated panels are laminated with a high strength sheet material, but unlike SIPs Structures, the Unitized Composite Structure is a "monolithic" composite shell, with no discrete connections between the wall, floor and roof panels. On a comparative basis, Unitized Composite Structures are lighter and much stronger than SIPs Structures, because all of the stresses and loads are distributed evenly, throughout the entire "monolithic" composite structure. Two names commonly used for Unitized Composite Structures are "Semi-Monocoque Airframe" and "Semi-Monocoque Fuselage". Instant EcoVilla Models: Unitized Composite Structure 3D CAD Engineering Plans

The selected Instant EcoVilla Model Plans are converted into Unitized Composite Structure (UCS) 3D CAD Engineering Plans. The UCS 3D CAD Engineering Plans are then engineered, optimized, and validated in Finite Element Analysis Software, to confirm that all of the structural, sound transmission and thermal specifications are correct, as per the client requirements.
