Our Belize Tiny Homes Development Site is located in the Habaneros Area of Ambergris Caye, which is located 9.5 miles north of the town of San Pedro. The Habaneros Area of Ambergris Caye features some of the highest elevations on the island and is covered in lush tropical vegetation including sea grape trees, coconut palms and palmetto palms. The property has electrical power, internet service, phone service and a new paved road has been completed which allows direct access to the town of San Pedro. Belize Tiny Homes Phase 1 Development Plan, for the Habaneros Subdivision, is to construct 10 Tiny Homes on Parcels: D4 and D5. The total acreage of the 2 parcels is 1.22 Acres. (1 Acre of Land = 43,560 Square Feet) 53,143 Square Feet / 10 Home Parcels = 4,750 Square Feet per lot. The dimensions of each lot is 100 Feet X 47.5 Feet, with a 20 Foot wide path in the center of Parcels: D4 and D5 . The front edge of the property line on Parcels D4 and D5 is approximately 750 Feet to the Caribbean Beach. All Habaneros Subdivision homeowners are also granted private dock access which is located directly in front of the Habaneros Subdivision.
